In the app (fastest)

1. Open Vitekeep on your phone, or go to app.vitekeep.com and sign in.
2. Tip: first use Settings → Download all my data if you want to keep a copy.
3. Go to Settings → Delete account.
4. Type your password and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Straight away: your account, notes, memories, people, events, photos, videos, voice notes, documents, profile photo and payment records, and your sign-in.
• Database backups (text only, not your files) are kept privately for up to 30 days and then erased.
• A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in the Play Store: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Want to delete only some things? You can delete any note, memory, photo, video, voice note, person or event inside the app at any time, without deleting your account.
